Gull Restaurant
A sushi inspired brand
Gull is a sushi restaurant/esplanade/bar that opened its doors in 2012 in Porto. With an incredible setting over the Douro river, it wanted to portray its 3 different “environments” to their clients.

Volta Studio was part of this project with Alfredo Resende Architects, and together built a concept of geometric shapes that related to the 3 different areas but also to sushi pieces shapes. These identity elements are part of the brand’s graphic language, applied over all their physical applications (menus, business cards and packaging).
